Didn't know quite to expect reading some of the negative reviews. The hotel was booked by our children along with a night at the local theatre. My wife has hidden mobility problems and after booking we asked for a ground floor room. On arrival we were greeted by a very efficient receptionist who was fully aware of our requirements. We were allocated room 101 on the ground floor. What a lovely room it was. Spotlessly clean, bathroom as well. Very comfortable bed, complementary tea, coffee and water. What was not to like, nothing. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast served in the room. We would certainly gi there again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely disgusting experience. The lady on reception was so rude and unprofessional. Upon check in I was told that I had the last room available and it’s ’not the best room’. After inspecting the room, that was a massive understatement. Horrible tiny room. When I complained and told her that it doesn’t match ANY of the photos on booking.com or google, I was told ‘well we don’t put photos of our worst rooms on the internet for obvious reasons.’ Obvious reasons meaning they’re absolutely conning people and falsely advertising. Misleading people at its finest. Refused to give me a refund even though I told her I’m not prepared to stay there. Checked out and booked a night at Delta by Marriott in Lynchwood instead. More expensive but I’m writing this review from my nice, comfy and spacious room. Wouldn’t stay at The Pearl Hotel even if it was free. Rip off merchants

5 stars due to the superb customer service delivered by Kelly and sag at the front desk. I travel all over due to work commitments. This the best hospitality I've received in a long time. Big thanks to Pearl Hotel and Kelly and sag. For being such a wonderful experience. 👍👍👍

The staff was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. They cancelled my booking because the stuff lady was a racist. I tried to contact hotel through the booking com and they are not even responding back.I didn't get any refund back for cancelled booking.

Worst experience they took me 100£ for deposit and they keeping insisted ive been smoking when we just rolls up and get out. Ok sir please sir 20£ more sir. Worst place 0 services 0 rooms bang on just for the location. I will bring you 100£ more for a wash treatment for the Indian lady who she was up to bring police when I'm asking here calmy ye I left because I was not well not because I was scared of police because you rob me.

We went from Netherlands to Peterborough for a family vacation and we stayed there for 4 days. Great view of the interior and i like most the king size bed. They offer complimentary breakfast and i we loved it. If we go there again i would like to stay in PEARL HOTEL obviously.

Would highly recommend staying here, beautiful room with very comfortable superking bed! We received a complimentary upgrade which was such a lovely surprise. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were extremely helpful. Thank you 😊

It was a great deal for us because we were from Italy. Wanted to stay a cozy hotel with reasonable cost. And found this four star PEARL HOTEL in Peterborough. Took two room for 5 persons. I went with my cousins and got the nice view from the hotel. It is a walking distance from the city. Love their services with cleanliness and quality of foods.

I concur with the last review. The lady at the desk is extremely rude! Also heard her shouting at customers on the phone who wanted a refund. Why do so many people want refunds in this place? Strange, they do demand exact card you booked room with, not sure why, thats a first ive ever seen then they take a copy of your bank card, very dodgy, cancelled my band card the next day just to be safe. Avoid at all costs and dont give the blonde lady at the desk the alight bit of attitude or she will try to ruin your booking, shes insane!!

It's a huge impersonable hotel, manor house conversation. The front person was not helpful as we arrived 20 mi before the 3pm checkin. The was fine, comfortable, large bed , modern bathroom.

Lovely friendly hotel in a good location but totally disappointed with the room .. The reason being we were allocated an attic room doors to the room and bathroom 4 ft tall so had to stoop to get in .. had to move the bed off the wall otherwise would have banged my head sitting up .. not suitable for full grown adults very quirky but totally inappropriate as a stay over ..Did ask for another room but hotel was full no discount or solution offered would not stay again …

It's more a motel than a hotel. However, it was sufficiently comfortable for a short stay. No breakfast room was unusual.

Honestly the wonderful lady at the reception around 3-8 or so maybe was so charming and brilliant at helping me get a room in such short time and with delicacy. It's is much appreciated, my first visit was not long ago and had a great room once again being the same lady and another brilliant dude who was here to study. Lovely staff and lovely atmosphere. Honestly one of my best experiences ever! Yusuf here from 106 💯 amazing hotel overall!

Nice hotel, restaraunt is very very good, even if your not staying here come for the food, Sais 4 star , doesn’t feel it at all but still very very good for the price and a 5 min walk into town. Lots of parking too

Really not bad at all, but the hot water for the shower was a bit intermittent. The fridge in the room didn't work either, but that was handled without any issues by one of the reception staff. It's clean, quiet and has a great restaurant next door.

Our Business trip was fabulous in Pearl Hotel. We stayed two days and honestly i am more than satisfied with their hospitality. The view, Decoration and food was great value with this price. Definitely wanna go there for my next vacation with my family.
